Rachel manages coordination, sales, and admin, keeping everything organised behind the scenes. She works closely with customers to make the whole process simple and stress-free from start to finish.

Measurements

It is common to allow a small clear glass border around the edge of the film (typically around 5 mm). This means the film will be slightly smaller than the full glass size of the window. Please bear this in mind when entering your measurements.

Some customers prefer the film to be cut to the exact glass size for full coverage. If you choose our on-site fitting service, we can trim the film on location if it is a few millimetres oversized.

How do I order?

You can order your window film easily through our website. Simply select the frosted (etched) window film, enter the exact measurements, and your price will be calculated instantly. You add them to your cart for each individual window film. You can then complete your order and choose between delivery only or professional installation.

Alternatively, you can email us with the height and width of your window or required film area, and we’ll be happy to advise you on sizing and available design options. Sales@opalwindowfilms.co.uk. You are also welcome to call us for a chat.

Will I receive a sample or proof?

Once your order has been placed, we will prepare a visual proof of the frosted window film based on your chosen size. If you’ve added text, names, or address details to be placed into the films, these will be included. We’ll make any adjustments needed until you’re completely happy before proceeding. Correct email address is required along with your order.

Installation costs

All installation cost is included in the price. We service Surrey and Hampshire. We pride ourselves on fair and transparent pricing.

How long does it take?

Once your proof has been approved, we aim to fit your window film as soon as possible.

For installations, we usually complete work within two weeks, often sooner.
